   The data will be fed into an AI based algorithm designed to take every piece of   data and pair it with every other piece of data in all combinations in every      direction. Then, information used to place the data into pre-defined groups       will occur, and then the cause and effect between data from one group into        other groups will be extracted as a timeline based actionable information         document.                                                                         The objectives are to...                                                          1. Capture the cause and effect streams and document them.                        2. Determine which groups lack sufficient data to determine cause and effect      This kind of study doesn't start with a hypothesis. The goal is not to guess      what might be happening, but instead, let the behaviors be extracted completely   without bias.
